Compact and Discreet
The Comfort uses an aluminium rail that is simple, sturdy and reliable. Using remote controls it can park at either the top or bottom landing and when not in use it can be folded away to only 380mm - making it ideal for other stairway uses. The Comfort stairlift can be fitted to staircases as narrow as 740mm.

The Comfort has an ergonomically designed seat that can be adjusted in height to ensure you are in the most comfortable and safest seating position. It can be fitted with a powered swivel seat to make getting on and off the Comfort stairlift even easier.
The Comfort stairlift offers a range of vinyl and fabric seat covers to best match the interior and style of your home.

Safety
The Comfort stairlift is certified to machine directive 2006/42/EG and BS EN 81-40. The seat can be adjusted in height to ensure that getting on and off the lift is as easy as possible. As an option you can choose to have wrap-around arm rests which keep you enclosed while travelling. As standard the Comfort stairlift comes up a retractable seat belt for additional safety.
If the Comfort stairlift encounters an obstruction on the staircase it will come to an immediate stop. It is battery operated so that even in the event of a power cut it can still be used.
